Stroba Group will assist in assessing the feasibility of subdivision on any parcel of land and provide assistance as to the most appropriate density and mechanism to create additional lots and to suit our client’s requirements.

Because of working for with both Conglomerates of investors to single investors, we are in a unique position in assisting our clients with offering town-planning services based on a broad range of experience.  We understand the requirements and processes of Councils, and as a result, assist in providing appropriate information to Councils with the submission of development applications.
