The Process

The first step when completing a designer home is to ensure you have a basic idea of the house floor plans that suit your block of land. Typically the easiest way to do this is to consider the 3 main areas of the house, and where you would like them positioned on the house floor plans. These areas are: The Master Bedroom, the living area (games, family, dining rooms) and the entertainment areas (alfresco, verandah, Media / Lounge).
